A1 has been mowing my yard for the past 2 seasons. This spring my $200 Japanese Red Maple died as a result of A1's crew using a weedeater and damaging the bark on the tree. The owner of the business assured me by phone that he'd come look at the tree & if his crew was responsible, he would replace the tree. I had to go hunt him up each time I talked with him about it and from the gitgo he insisted the tree was diseased. Mind you, the tree was in beautiful full leaf and the next day, the leaves were withered and dried up. This man does not display good business practices with his customers and does not stand behind his work. I have a neighbor with a damaged wood fence from his work and another neighbor with dead shrubs from the crews 'weedeating.' USERS BEWARE!!!!! Do not deal with this service if you want a reputable service that stands behind their work and are good for their word.
